Theodoris Sakellariou

Theodoris Sakellariou is a senior business leader with nearly 22 years of experience in the FMCG sector, including 19 years at Unilever.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership and commercial positions across Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Development & Sales, Corporate Audit, General Management of the Professional Business Division, and Supply Chain, developing a comprehensive understanding of business operations across multiple functions.

He currently serves as Customer Operations Lead for Greece and Cyprus, overseeing Customer Service & Operations, Logistics & Warehousing, Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management, Safety, Quality, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Governance.

He has successfully led complex business transformations, organizational change initiatives, crisis management efforts, and productivity improvement programmes, with a strong focus on operational excellence and value creation.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Unilever Hellas since 2020 and of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Recycling Company since early 2026.
