Stavros Georgakopoulos

Stavros Georgakopoulos has more than 20 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics Operations, having held both local and regional roles and gained extensive international experience across the Balkans and Switzerland.

He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and an Executive MBA, combining a strong technical background with strategic thinking. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives focused on operational efficiency, innovation and supply chain transformation.

During his 17 years at Procter & Gamble, he progressed through eight different roles, holding leadership positions in Greece, across the Balkans and within the European organization. His responsibilities spanned Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP, Customer Logistics, Transportation & Warehousing, culminating in his role as Europe Logistics Transformation Director.

He currently serves as Supply Chain Director at Titan Cement, where he leads the development and transformation of the Supply Chain function within an industrial organization with more than a century of history, with a focus on building modern, efficient and resilient operating models.
