Panos Loukas

Graduate of the Mining – Metallurgy Scholl of the National Technical University of Athens, he holds an MBA from the University of Sheffield in UK.

Managing Director of the Concession Company “GEFYRA SA” and of “GEFYRA LITOYRGIA SA”.

BoD member of “Olympia Odos Operation” and of HELLASTRON (Hellenic association pf toll Road Netrwork).

He joined the French group VINCI in 2010.For more than 15 years he worked as Project Director of VINCI Highways for the development of Concession and PPP projects in Greece, EMEA and North America.

Since September ’24 he has been external member of Patras University, Administrative Board.

Between 2004 and 2009 he was the General Manager in Romania of the Greek Construction company EDRASIS which he led to the top of the construction companies in the country.

He started his career as Project Engineer, being involved in various large-scale infrastructure projects in Greece, including the construction of Athens Metro.
