Marinos Kandylis

Marinos Kandylis is an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, business development, and corporate management. He holds a degree in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.He began his professional career in 2011 at Olympias, his family-owned business and a market leader in its sector. In 2013, he moved into quality management and subsequently business development, developing expertise in cold chain logistics, pharmaceutical distribution, and international standards, including GDP and TAPA TSR1. Olympias was subsequently acquired by an investment fund, marking a significant milestone in the company’s development.In 2022, he founded Bold Logistics, a pioneering urban distribution company operating an all-electric fleet, with a vision to transform last-mile logistics through technology, innovation, and sustainability. Today, the company operates 20 electric vans, employs approximately 25 people, and serves more than 12,000 delivery points per month.Alongside his activities in logistics, he is involved in companies specializing in commercial real estate development, investment, and asset management, further expanding his entrepreneurial and investment activities.
